Rachelle Lefevre
Rachelle Lefevre was born in Canada. When she was waiting at tables, Lefevre was found by a Canadian film maker who she then helped an aspiring actress get her first acting gig. Lefevre then moved from Canada to Los Angeles and earned a part-time role in the tv series What About Brian (2006). When Lefevre was working at the Montreal sushi establishment in her teen years one of the customers heard about her acting aspirations and got her in contact with an acting director. What resulted was a Canadian television sitcom. She was a part of several seasons of David. Kelley's Boston Legal (2004), which led to a lead character in his 2008 U.S. adaptation of BBC popular Life on Mars (2008). The father of Lefevre is French. She was raised in Montreal and spoke predominantly English. The year 2004 was due to the lack of English actors in Montreal she moved from Montreal to Los Angeles. The most prominent role she played was Catherine Hardwicke's Twilight adaptation, which is the first book in a series about popular teens' vampire stories.
