Luciana Paoluzzi was born in Rome in Italy, where she was raised by her parents. Luciana Paoluzzi had a father who retired as an Italian soldier and her mother named Maria Rota Paoluzzi. She was also the mistress of Benito Mussolini. There are no known siblings. Luciana studied at an elementary school in the area before going at the Scientific Academy of Milan in 1955. Luciana was one of only two females in her class. After two years of modeling she landed the role of Three Coins in the Fountain. This was her debut. Brett Halsey, an actor herself, was her first husband. After the wedding in 1960 they recorded a film named Return to the Peyton Palace. Luciana received custody after the couple split a few years after Charles was born. Luciana was in a relationship for a long time with Tony Athony who was the actor and producer of films. Tony was inspired by her role as Green Slime in Green Slime to create the Spaghetti Western.
