She is responsible for all of our processes for Human Resources, People Management, Talent Management, and the development of culture. Annmarie is an experienced Human Resources professional with more than 30 years' experience, has helped managers, their teams, and companies improve performance. Particularly during periods of rapid transformation and growth in business. Annmarie is a respected advisor who has helped translate corporate goals and strategies into the people and business strategy by focusing on employee engagement and change management. She is extremely passionate about education and sees developing team and leadership as the most powerful competitive advantage. Experience working in Fortune 500, small companies and mid-sized enterprises has allowed her to create cultures which foster learning and creativity that positively impact teams and individuals. Annmarie, who is dedicated to supporting Learning Ally in its mission, also devotes her free time supporting other non-profit organizations. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing her time and talents in support of Learning Ally's work.
