Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she gave up gymnastics. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, after she quit gymnastics. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was required to take six years away from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from where she previously left off competing in top competitions like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. In addition, the 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age to ever be a part of history. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was held at the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. She came in third at the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than happy of the result. It's not surprising that she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. It is common to warm up prior to an actual exercise. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
